We are seeking an energetic, imaginative and talented company of actors to bring a new treatment of Lord Of The Flies to the Playbox stage.

Staged in an intimate in-the-round setting, this is going to be an intense and challenging piece of theatre, which will draw on the full range of skills of Playbox actors.

All actors must be available for every rehearsal and performance, without exception.

This audition is open to male and male-presenting Playbox members aged 8-18 yrs, who are registered for ACTING workshops with Playbox Theatre.

Audition date:
Saturday 3rd February

Audition Times:
3.30-4.30 for 8-12 yrs
4.30-5.30 for 13-18 yrs

Rehearsal Dates:
Monday 25th – Thursday 28th March; Sunday 21st April; Sunday 28th April; Sunday 5th May; Sunday 12th May; Sunday 19th May; Monday 27th – Friday 31st May; Tuesday 4th June (evening)

Performance Dates:
Thursday 6th, Friday 7th, Saturday 8th June

A full schedule will be available once casting is complete, but please do not audition if you are unable to attend any of the above rehearsal of performance dates.

No preparation is required for this audition, but please arrive promptly and come sensibly dressed for a physical session.
