Our Playbox Theatre invites talented, focused, and hardworking young actors to audition for our upcoming production of Goodnight Mr Tom, directed by Mary King.
This beloved story follows young William Beech, evacuated from London during WWII, who finds an unexpected bond with the reclusive Mr Tom in the countryside. It’s a heart-warming and deeply moving tale of friendship, healing, and resilience. We’re looking for a company of performers ready to bring emotional depth, creativity, and commitment to the stage. In order to audition for Goodnight Mr Tom, you must be a member of the ACTING workshops at Playbox and you must be available to attend every rehearsal date, in full, without exception.
