‘Dancing Bear’ was a brand new commission for Playbox Theatre, and was written by playwright, film-maker and Playbox alumna, Mairin O’Hagan. It was performed by our celebrated ‘Young Production Company’ and was originally due to open in Spring 2020. The project was rescheduled several times, as a result of the pandemic, and finally opened to packed audiences during Autumn 2021.
