We are looking for a company of extraordinary young people, who believe that nothing is impossible, as we create Christmas 2024 with Playbox Theatre this year.
Toby Quash and Blank-Shift Writers will be developing a brand-new work, inspired by the Lewis Carroll classic, that follows the further adventures of ‘Alice’, as she journeys through the mirror into Looking Glass World.
Emily Quash directs and is seeking a ferociously hard-working, imaginative and physical company to create Playbox’s most exciting Christmas spectacle to date.
Auditions are open to members of PLAYBOX THEATRE ACTING WORKSHOPS. You must be a member at the time of auditioning and must remain a member until the project has completed. Candidates must be available for all rehearsals and performances. It is not possible to request absence from rehearsal once casting has been announced. A fully broken down schedule will be available once the audition results have been shared.
Audition date: Tuesday 7th May
Audition times:
4.30-5.15pm for 10-12 yrs
5.15-6.00pm for 13-15 yrs
6.00-7.00pm for 16+ yrs
Auditions take place at The Dream Factory in Warwick.
Please register in advance. No preparation is required for the audition, but please make sure you wear comfortable clothes that are suitable for a practical audition.
