Spend a day extending your stage combat skills, under the leadership of Fight Lab’s Artistic Director, Liam Bessell. Throughout the day, you’ll draw on martial arts, stunts, historical combat and character performance. You’ll explore everything from unarmed combat to medieval broadsword, creating your own choreography in an intensive 6 hour masterclass.

SCHOOL OF ROCK (8-18yrs)

Weds 24th - Thurs 25th April, 10am-4pm

Led by Juliet Vankay, director of Playbox’s flourishing Musical Theatre department, this promises to be 2 days of singing, dancing and acting, inspired by the hit film and subsequent rock ‘n’ roll musical that’s taken the world by storm. Culminating in a celebratory presentation, you’ll love every second of this party!

All children grow up…except one!

One of our favourite stories of all time, here at Playbox Theatre. Over 2 days, you’ll take flight and explore some of Peter and Wendy’s most exciting adventures. You’ll be fighting aboard The Jolly Roger, swimming through The Mermaids’ Lagoon and eating plenty of Mammee Apples, washed down with calabashes of po-po…then back in time for tea! Acting, movement, character and storytelling in this special theatre treat.
