PLAYBOX THEATRE PARTIES – TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a Playbox party, parents/guardians are agreeing to the following terms:
Payment Terms
– £100 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking
– Final numbers must be supplied 1 week prior to the party date at which time the balance owed will be calculated and your final invoice will be sent out. This must be paid in full 24 hours prior the party taking place.
– If your numbers reduce within the 7 days prior to the party, we regret that we are unable to adjust the balance.
– In the unlikely event that we would have to cancel the booking, there would be an option to either exchange the date of the party or you will be issued a full refund.
– If you decide to cancel the party within the 7 days prior to the event, no refund will be given.
Party & Building Terms
– Whilst parents of the birthday child are welcome to be in the studio during the party, we are unable to admit other adults until the time of the presentation. Families are very welcome to stay and relax at The Dream Factory whilst the party is taking place. Café Whirl will be open for refreshments.
– No food or drink apart from water and the birthday cake, may be admitted to a Playbox Theatre workshop. Chewing gum, smoking and the consumption of alcohol and the use of, or being under the influence of, illegal substances is strictly forbidden at all Playbox Centres.
– Photography and filming of the presentation is permitted (with permissions given by all parents) but this must be for personal use only and is NOT to be shared on any social media platforms.
– No underage siblings are permitted to participate in the birthday party but would be able to join the birthday tea and watch the presentation. If you would like siblings added to the catering, please confirm this at the time of booking.
– The Dream Factory is a public building, and workshops will be taking place throughout the evening. All guests must behave in an appropriate manner.
– Playbox Theatre will frequently share images of Playbox events. These images are used for marketing and publicity purposes. If you, or a member of your family, would prefer not to appear in marketing material, please let us know.
– Please be punctual for all parties to ensure that the event can run to time.
