We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch and Solo. There is no booking fee.

Reservations
Reservations will be held for 3 working days. All tickets must be paid for 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Ticket Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for a later performance of the same show, providing 3 days notice is given. A handling charge of £1.50 per transaction is made. Re-sale of tickets charged at 10% of transaction.

Suitability
Whilst Playbox productions are generally suitable for family audiences, certain shows in both the main theatre and The Studio may not be appropriate for young children. Parents are advised to contact us for guidance.
